Delete your StepLadder account

In the app

1. Open StepLadder and go to You.
2. Tap Settings.
3. Tap Delete account, then confirm.

Your account, step totals, Home Area, XP, badges and ladder places are erased immediately. Crash reports are kept by Sentry for up to 90 days and contain no personal details.

Without the app

Email support@mathersoftware.com from the email address you signed in with, asking us to delete your StepLadder account. We’ll do it within 7 days and confirm by email.
